Good for a business stay not a family holiday
6.0Staff was polite and provided great service . hotel was clean,
− The breakfast was just ok, some staff lack english understanding, The glasses in the bathroom was not washed cleaned after room cleaning. Paid for upgraded to an executive suite to get a bath, however the bath was leaking.

Beginning 1 January 2025, as directed by the Langkawi Municipal Council, a local government Heritage Fee of MYR 5 will apply per room, per night.
Meanwhile, for prestigious events, a fee of MYR 10 per night will apply during Langkawi International Maritime & Aerospace (LIMA), Le Tour De Langkawi, Ironman, and Oceanman Malaysia.
From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of MYR 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in.
Guests with a valid Malaysian ID or a valid permanent resident MY PR Card are exempted. Beginning 1 July 2016, as directed by the Langkawi Municipal Council, a local government Tourism Promotion Fee would be applicable per room per night.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
