Very HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE
2.0It was a very horrible experience very rude front desk staff. The front desk staff She did not want to help the occupants that was in front of me she threw the room keys at him was horrible to him and yelling at him was very unprofessional she was harassing him and all he was trying to do is to ask for house keeping had not been in all week it was a very and his keys were not working she would ignore him and would help others coming he had been there before anyone came in it was a very uncomfortable situation when she went to help me she was very rude and aggressive as well that we decided to leave and not come back I hope management looks into the situation. It is unfair that people are paying to stay and be occupants of this hotel. And to be treated this was is not right!

3.0− Wasn’t clean. Soap, shampoo, conditioner was empty
Disappointed with this hotel.
6.0We attended my granddaughters wedding. Her reception was at this hotel. I was very disappointed in the condition of the hotel. Our room had a musty smell to it. The cleaning staff was very friendly and gave us a can of room fresher to see if that would help. It did help some. We stayed for 2 nights. The reception hall was nice and could accommodate the large 300 plus guest. The food was very slow in coming out and was cold and not very tasty. I think it was because of lack of servers and shortage of staff.
Worst hotel I’ve ever been to.

− The pool is awful, the waterslide is mobile and about to crash down to the ground. The rooms are tiny and dingy. It’s run down and gross.
