− Después de nuestra estadía olvidamos una bufanda, que además tiene un gran valor sentimental porque es un regalo. Como vivimos en Antofagasta, le pedimos a un familiar que vive en Viña del Mar que pasara a retirarla por nosotros. Lamentablemente, el dueño ( Argentino ) comenzó a hacer comentarios políticos completamente fuera de lugar, le dijo que no volviéramos nunca más y su trato fue muy agresivo, incluso cerrando la puerta en la cara.. Nosotros nunca manifestamos ninguna postura política ni fuimos a discutir de ese tema, ya que solo usamos el hostal para dormir; solo intentábamos recuperar una pertenencia olvidada. Creemos que ningún huésped ni un familiar que va en su representación debería recibir ese tipo de trato. Fue una experiencia muy decepcionante y poco profesional.
