10.0Tout! La beauté des lieux, l'emplacement....Tout était parfait!
− Un petit manque de choix dans la restauration qui est très bonne mais pas adapté pour rester plusieurs jours comme nous l'avons fait. Pas d'accès au restaurant avec un chien, uniquement au snack en extérieur ou cours interieure du chateau.

10.0La atención del personal fue maravillosa. Desde la recepción hasta el personal de limpieza. El chico de cafetería, increíble y el de los desayunos lo mismo. Escribir por whatsapp alguna duda y que te contesten prácticamente al momento para mí es indicativo de un servicio de atención al cliente de 10. Las instalaciones estupendas. Estuvimos con nuestra mascota en una suite. En la piscina hay una zona reservada para que puedas estar con el perro. Me pareció increíble. También puedes desayunar con tu mascota en el patio central del castillo. Agradezco muchísimo que un alojamiento nos de tantas facilidades. Imprescindible dar un paseo por sus jardines a la noche. Me sorprendió que nadie lo hizo. Encienden luces y está precioso.
− Todo fue muchísimo mejor de lo esperado. Por ponerle un pero...las cerraduras de las mazmorras deberían cambiarse. Ese tipo de cerraduras y llaves es lo que combina, lógicamente. Pero costaba mucho abrir las puertas.

10.0Se respira historia. La cama comodísimos, la bañera una maravilla, el desayuno espectacular y la cena picoteo en la terraza súper agradable. Mucha paz.
− La habitación estaba limpia, pero las instalaciones exteriores un poco dejadas.
