8.0距离景点太远，餐食晚餐部分，意大利餐一言难尽，我们吃杯面吃了两天。房间的隔光做的不好，大老早会被照醒。枕头很不舒服。

4.0館内、室内、浴室、全ての場所でバリアフリーの対策がなくかなり不便を感じた。 スロープさえもないので高齢者には厳しい。 朝食の際、開始と同時の時間に行ったにもかかわらず、窓際の席に変更してもらえなかった。 席がすでに埋まっているなら納得するものの、まだ空いているのにもうすでに座席が決定済みとかで融通を聞かせてもらえず残念。

10.0空港の送迎だけでなく、アドベンチャーワールドまでの送迎もして下さり大変助かりました。楽しみにしていたお風呂も素晴らしく、食事のアレルギー対応も完璧にしていただきました。スタッフの皆さんはとても感じが良く、本当に気持ちのいい滞在ができました。必ずまた来ようと思います。
