3.0− Hotel looks dated, inside the rooms as well as on the outside. Rooms are very noisy, not very clean. We had bugs from the bathroom sink, the carpet was full of dust, the AC was not cleaned. Inside it feels more like a hospital than a hotel. Food is very low quality, the cheapest options possible. Saying this is ultra all inclusive is a joke. Pool looks old and unmaintained. People from staff were impolite (the local ones), compared to the people from staff from Bali which were really kind.
