10.0Our stay was good its quiet the apartment clean and neat. We really enjoyed our stay here and i will recommend friends my to book in here in the near future. Staff is friendly. The only thing that bordered me was the cleaner she knocks on the door as a rude person coming to complain i was surprised and if she sees that windows and curtains are not open yet she can think people are still sleeping really she disturbed our rest we came to rest.

10.0Delightful ladies on reception could not have been kinder when we needed a locksmith, a shuttle and documents scanned. They definitely went the extra mile. The apartment was very spacious and had everything we could ask for. We loved the self catering, access to fridge, kitchen and garden and the bed was extremely comfortable. DSTV and WIFI was a bonus. Haarties is a gorgeous place and everyone goes out of their way to be kind. We loved our visit.

6.0The property is kept neat and clean Could do a bit of update of the furniture in the main seating areas. They also need to improve on their linen like provision of blankets etc.
