Lovely stay, small room but had everything we needed. Bit dated but room was cleaned every day
8.0Location was great, not far from Colosseum. Was plenty of lovely cafes around for breakfast. Not far from train station so was great for our early get up and go to airport. Room was cleaned every day.
− A bit dated in the room and bathroom. Access isn't direct from the street, you have to enter building then get to stairs and go up a couple of flights to the hotel entrance. The lift wasn't always working, due to people not closing all lift doors, and it was a bit small so might struggle if you have big suitcases

7.0Sijainti oli melko hyvä suhteessa metrolla ja junalla kulkemiseen. N. 10 minuutin kävelymatka päärautatieasema Terminiin ja 5 min. metrolle. Vuode oli hyvä. Hyvä ilmastointi. Hyvä asiakaspalvelu. Vastattiin lähes heti viesteihin. Selkeät saapumisohjeet. Minijääkaappi oli hyvä. Huoneessa oli aina vesipullo täytetty ja tullessa ensimmäisen kerran pieni tervehdys herkkujen muodossa. Sekä vedenkeitin että kapselikeitin, johon sai yhdet kapselit/ asukas/vrk. Huoneistoon pääsi yksien portaiden jälkeen pienellä hissillä.
− Huone oli todella meluisalla alueella. Jopa korvatulppien läpi kuului meteli. Se on raskasta kävellä nähtävyyksiä katsomassa, jos yöt menee valvoessa. Hotellissa itsessään asukkaat käyttäytyivät asiallisesti. Kylpyhuone oli remontin tarpeessa. Suihkutilan silikonit oli mustassa homeessa. Suihkupidike oli rikki. Altaan tulppa toimi huonosti. Miksei siivoja ollut ilmoittanut näistä omistajille vai oliko? Tyynyt olivat tiensä päässä. Tullessa ensi kerran huoneeseen, lattia oli tahmea. Sukat jäivät siihen kiinni. Seuraavana päivänä lattia oli pesty.
