Персонал доброжелательный,при первой просьбе предоставляют помощь,еда вкусная и разнообразная,хороший спа, бассейн замечателен ,номер хороший,кровать удобная.

− уборка номера особенно туалет и ванная,нет нормальных принодлежностей для купания, прибитая одна бутылка жидкого мыла на большой высоте,что тяжело достать.

Впечатления самые приятные. Спасибо.

− first 5 days of our stay we were in a room that was not exactly what is displayed in booking - it was smaller as size and had a terrible noise of some ventilation and very limited sea view. last 2 days we were moved to the actual room that i reserved. There was no compensation offered. The hotel internet was not working during the entire stay only the Albena hot spot which was not stable - i actually used my entire mobile internet as i was working there. plently of small things to fix like holders for showers and toilette papers, holders for towers in bath - not typical for 5 star hotel such a big hotel with such a tiny fitness room.

Economy 5 star hotel for families

1. Very family friendly overall. 2. Huge rooms, studio style with stove and refrigerator. Great AC, very clean. Huge bathroom with two separate toilets (great when you travel with kids). 3. Food - great variety, average quality. It wasn't wow, but we had worse at more expensive hotels. We had half board, but buffet lunch could be added separately. 4. The shade - there was always shade on our balcony which was great for us, there's a lot of shade at the pool area. And Albena is a resort with a lot of shade in general. 5. Lots of pools, always found a free chair. 6. Beach beds included at a nearby beach (5 min walk - the hotel in not beach front, but it's very very close). 7. Nice staff.

− 1. It's an old hotel that was renovated and rooms are kinda basic, no luxury feel whatever. It's not a real 5 star, if they lowered the stars I think people would be more satisfied and didn't came with unreasonable expectations. 2. No beach bar and very poor beach toilets. 3. Parking situation - there is NO hotel parking! The description on booking.com is misleading. All parking in Albena is public (with a fee, blue or green zones) and sometimes very hard to find near the hotel. If you want to charge an electric car, the charger is in the green zone (more expensive). 4. Water temperature in the kids pool (with slides) was freezing cold.

Great for the price range

1. Booked a studio room, but got assigned a 2 room apartment, which was awesome. Lots of space, some basic cooking facilities, huge bathroom and balcony. 2. Very quiet, at least at 7th floor. No significant noise from hallways and the night animation was not very loud - my kid slept like a baby both during nap and night sleep. No noise during the day, although balcony is facing the pool (maybe not the same for lower levels, but at 7th floor it was quiet). 3. Could use the pool after checking out (but toilets are restricted by room cards). 4. Supermarket on the hotel grounds.

− Everything was better than expected, great place for a family holiday with a small kid.
