Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue via phone and message, I've been met with silence. Now, I'm sharing my experience publicly, and I expect a response.

10.0Stayed in a private room which was clean and well-sized, and the ensuite was also sizeable. Staff were lovely and the hostel also serves food. Common showers are available for use after check-out which is a bonus. Can walk to several restaurants from the hostel. Would stay again.

2.0The food was ok, but expensive with tiny portions. The AC didn’t work anywhere and the rooms were hot boxes which made it difficult to sleep well and I felt miserable. I wouldn’t recommend this hostel. They’re building a Baoba Bed soon in the city which will be better.
