4.0− buffet dở, ít, chan sẵn tô nhiều bún ít chả, khách nhờ làm tô mới, ít bún nhiều chả thì tỏ thái độ, không làm. Chả lẽ giờ lấy 2 tô rồi ăn chả bỏ bún thì họ mới vừa lòng? Hồ bơi thì cấm bơi từ 9h-15h, chính là giờ ấm nhất trong ngày...
Cần cải thiện chất lượng phòng.

− Kính của phòng nhìn ra ngoài bị vỡ nên không vui!Đã xác nhận với nhân viên lễ tân. Dọn phòng còn sót chai suối của khách cũ ở góc tường. Có vẻ chăn ga, gối đệm chưa được thơm tho

From 01/01/2022, due to government restriction, the hotel can only accept guests from blue and yellow areas (Don't accept guests that come from orange (level 3) and red area (level 4)). For guests from other provinces, guests must have a health declaration at the Medical Center - Ngo Quyen District - Bac Giang City before check-in at the hotel. All guests should provide a fully vaccinated and negative Covid test by PCR 72 hours or quick test 48 hours.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance.
