8.0So many ppl checking out for the same time and it takes quite a long time for queue up, even waiting for the lift...
Nice room with luxurious bathroom
10.0We only stayed one night in Macau. Though hotel is considered to be one of the older ones, it is still a very nice hotel. We had a nice big room with a luxurious bathroom. Almost wished we could stay longer.
Immoral usage of room deposit
4.0They ask for a room deposit equivalent of USD100 in addition to your already prepaid room fee. They don't nullify the deposit upon check out like what all the the hotels do. Instead, they will run the credit card and refund the money on your credit card 1 month later. They do that to all the guests. What do they do with that money? Invest that for 1 month and make return on investment using hotel guests funds? That is immoral.
