10.0Room was clean and the staff was so friendly. The outside pool was enjoyable we didn’t make it to the indoor pool because we only stayed 2 nights but was pleased with the option incase we got rained out of outdoor activities. Will definitely stay again.

10.0I had an amazing stay at Willow Brook Lodge in Pigeon Forge! The rooms were super clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and welcoming from the moment I arrived. One of the best parts is the location — it’s right on the Parkway strip, so you can easily walk to tons of restaurants, shops, and attractions. You don’t even have to drive anywhere if you don’t want to! Overall, this is a perfect place to stay if you want convenience, comfort, and great service all in one spot. I’ll definitely be coming back!
