3.0Room was moldy smelling, bathroom was not so clean. Ceiling looks like there is mold starting to grow on it several black spots on ceiling. Apparently there was a/c issues so we slept with a loud fan that made the night rough the carpet was also wet probably part of the smell. Beds were not the most comfortable. The positive was larger than normal refrig/freezer and a small 4top table

Would recommend staying here.
