8.0The hotel was acceptable, room were big, bedsheets were clean, towels were fresh, room was clean, only bathroom was not clean enough, I think because the cleaner has much to do. The staff were so polite and friendly, many thanks for the receptionist

2.0部屋の鍵はカードタイプ。フロントの機械が壊れてたらしく、鍵をもらうことができなかった。部屋に入るにはホテルに一回ごとにお願いする必要があり非常に不便。部屋は掃除が行き届いていなくて綺麗とは言い難い。

8.0The room was comfortable, though the sheets had a couple of burn marks on them. The arrival of breakfast at the door at 7:45am was an unwelcome surprise on my first morning, jetlagged and hoping to sleep in. The breakfast itself was also a bit disappointing...just boiled eggs (no salt), plain toast, and hot milk (no coffee or tea). Overall though, my stay was perfectly pleasant. The wifi worked well, and the hot water was good.
