Nous sommes arriver très tard & nous avons quitté très tôt, nous n’avons donc pas eu le temps d’utiliser la piscine mais en général tout était bien! Au petit déjeuner, il y avait une machine pour faire des gaufres au buffet!

− I rarely leave negative reviews, but this was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I've had. I booked this hotel specifically because I was traveling with my three-year-old and needed a bathtub so I could bathe him after visiting Sandbanks. The room amenities on Booking.com listed a bathtub, but because the room title also mentioned "Roll-in Shower" and "Wheelchair Accessible," I called the hotel directly before booking to confirm that the room I was reserving actually had a bathtub. The staff confirmed that it did. I also submitted a special request through Booking.com asking for the bathtub to be cleaned because I would be using it with my toddler, and the hotel confirmed that request. When we arrived, there was no bathtub, only a roll-in shower. I went to the front desk, but the staff initially insisted that I was mistaken and said they had never received my request. Even after I showed them the Booking.com confirmation and the special request, I was made to feel as though I had somehow made the whole thing up. I was eventually told the hotel was sold out and nothing could be done. About five minutes later, they called and said they had found another room with a bathtub. While I appreciated the solution, there was still no apology or acknowledgment of the confusion. Instead, I was told it was Booking.com's fault and that I should complain to them. The attitude was essentially, "We gave you a solution, so what's the problem?" The two front desk employees also exchanged looks and laughed as I left, which I found extremely unprofessional. Later that evening, we received a complaint about noise at around 8 p.m. while we were simply getting our toddler ready for bed. After explaining that we were doing nothing unusual, hotel staff still came to our door about ten minutes later to repeat the complaint.

Très propre et personnel très courtois! Borne tesla gratuite a été un gros plus pour nous

− Le petit déjeuner chaud n’était vraiment pas très bon…très froid, les pommes de terre à peine cuites, bref par chance qu’il y avait les gaufres ! Matelas plus ou moins confortable
