10.0This was my second stay at Ada Karakoy, and once again, it was absolutely amazing! The first time I travelled to Istanbul on my own, but this time I returned with two friends. The hotel is charming, spotlessly clean, comfortable and wonderfully quiet, despite its fantastic location. Karakoy is the perfect base for exploring Istanbul, with so many of the city's attractions within easy reach. What truly makes this hotel special, however, is its amazing staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, cheerful and genuinely attentive to our needs. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and every request was met with a smile. I cannot recommend Ada Karakoy highly enough. It has become my favourite place to stay in Istanbul. We had a fantastic week and enjoyed every single moment. We felt completely at home from the moment we arrived until the day we left. We couldn't have been happier with our choice! A heartfelt thank you to the entire team for their wonderful hospitality. We will definitely be back!
