− Su personal carece de trato, la habitación nos la entregaron a las 3 PM pero tuvimos que exigirla, estaba sucia, solo proporcionan toallas, jabón y papel higiénico lo cual no es acordé con un hotel categoría 3 estrellas, el mobiliario es muy viejo y no se encuentra en condiciones de uso (cajones rotos, cojines sucios, etc La alberca estaba sucia, el área común sucia, el horario de recepción es solo durante el día....por la noche otros huéspedes hicieron ruido y no había a quien reportarle pero reitero lo peor, lo peor es encontrar la habitación sucia, sabanas, pisos, baño

6.0We were initially given a room without a balcony even though we thought that we booked for a room with a balcony. We were able to change to a room with a balcony but paid a bit more than $30 a night for this. This room was much nicer. The pool in one of the buildings was very nice and large enough to swim laps. The TV was fine and there was a refrigerator in the room that worked well. The beds were comfortable with nice linens. Cleaning lady was very nice. We left something important in the first room which she found and returned it to us.
− The hotel was nice but it seemed a bit run down and not well maintained. There was a safe that didn't work. The sink faucet leaked. Soap and towels were provided but not a bath mat or shampoo. No drinking water was provided.
