− Al llegar nos reciben con el comentario de que no teníamos reserva... y eso se me hizo de muy mal gusto porque lo primero que debieron hacer fue verificar en su sistema. Otro tema que nos molestó fue que la piscina estaba sucia y no pudimos hacer uso de ella. Cuando le pregunté a una de las personas encargadas, solo se limitó a decirme que al dia siguiente la limpiarían pero solo nos hospedamos una noche y salimos del hotel a las 10:30 y jamas la limpiarion como dijeron...Por qué ofrecen hasta en fotos algo que no está disponible y que además te cobran. TACHE POR ESO ❌️
