La atencion del personal, todos muy amables. En la cocina me preparon platos especiales debido a un problema médico de alimentación. Desayuno buffet fabuloso muy completo La plancha a vapor en el cuarto estupenda. Bellos los animales en los ardines, tortuga y pavo reales. Bella piscina

− A mejorar, el baño necesita un colgador para toalla de manos. Faltan chinelas en la habitación Mas ganchos de ropa para colgar Falta menú de almoahadas un poco duras.

Everyone we encountered was warm, professional, and genuinely hospitable. We celebrated the birthday of my significant other with his family, and the team made the occasion truly memorable.A special mention goes to Cecilia, who was the superstar of our trip. She assisted me from the pre-arrival stage and was incredibly helpful throughout the planning process. As someone who does not speak Spanish, her support made everything so much easier and stress-free.We would also like to recognize the amazing team at La Terraza, especially the chefs, Patricia, who was very attentive and made our breakfast experience special, and Willy, who always greeted us by name and made us feel welcomed and valued.Thank you as well to Martha and Guadalupe at the spa for their excellent service and care.Unfortunately, we were assigned a noisy room and struggled to sleep well for two nights. In addition, the birthday cake I had arranged was not in acceptable condition when we arrived in our room. However, Laura Torrez handled both situations professionally and efficiently, which we greatly appreciated. Her responsiveness and commitment to guest satisfaction made a significant difference.We also experienced a minor service issue with the hostess who escorted us to our table at Jardín de Asia, but it did not overshadow our overall experience. The team was attentive and made efforts to address our concerns. A huge shoutout goes to Chef Jonathan at Jardín de Asia for making the birthday celebration truly special. His attention to detail and dedication helped create a memorable evening for our family.Our departure experience was seamless thanks to Andres, who made the checkout process smooth and effortless.Despite a few minor hiccups, our overall experience was exceptional. The genuine hospitality of the staff made all the difference, and we left with wonderful memories. We are already looking forward to returning and will definitely be back!

A comfortable stay

Very nice location for a visit to Santa Cruz: it's a nice quiet neighbourhood with plenty of choice of bars and restaurants. We also enjoyed their Peruvian restaurant one night too. Its easy to get into the historic centre which was nice to visit but Im glad I didn't stay down there as there seemed less to do at night. The rooms are perfectly serviceable with typically comfortable Marriott beds, but the ones we were allocated were a little dingy and soulless and probably do a refresh. Staff were kind and attentive The pool area was great, but it rained a lot, so we didn't get much use. The gym was well equipped and I loved the indoor spa / pools / sauna steam facilities. One of our party had a salon experience and was very enthusiastic about it, especially the value for money - so generally it was a bit of an oasis after a busy day sightseeing. There was a strange drain smell in our block for quite a bit of the stay after each rain downpour which didn't really dissipate. I might have asked for a different room elsewhere if I had acted when i first noticed it. It didn't seem to be a problem in the other blocks I walked through.
