9.0L'hotel était très bien place, en plein Times Square ce qui facilitait les deplacements. Le personnel a ete très acceuillant et serviable. Un metion speciale pour Gania qui a été d'une gentillesse incroyable avec notre famille. La chambre était spacieuse et on nous a mis bcp de chose à disposition pour notre bebe . nous avons apprécié le service de qualité.
− Le manque de variété au petit déjeuner a été le seul point negtaif de notre sejour. Il y avait très peu d'option.

10.0The property was in a prime location, the service and staff was next to none and everything was so clean. Also have to mention Lisette who ensured we had anything we needed and literally was the kindest soul, anyone’s day will be left improved after meeting Lisette, what a wonderful person.
