10.0The suite was very spacious and the bed very comfortable.

6.0Management was friendly and bed was clean and comfortable. However, the facility is run down with a lot of smaller issues, ie missing knobs on lamp, drawer and wall heater, dirty heating vents, missing baseboards, hole in the wall with cable curled up inside, lack of caulking by the tub, old curtain rods that are no longer being used, door lock that is problematic to use, outdoor furniture and cushions askew, lack of urgency to unclog a toilet (mentioned twice before action was taken), room entrance code was provided in an unsealed envelope taped to the office door with my name on it for check-in. No towel bars in the bathroom only hand grips for handicap toilet use.

8.0Good location for accessing June Loop lakes. Nice restaurant across the street. Property is dated and could use some upgrades. Many of the windows were locked. Without air conditioning, the rooms got hot. Needs more ventilation on hot days.
