8.0Staff was very kind a check in and explained things well. The room was fine. We had the a/c set to 64, however it never really cooled down so sleeping was tough, but we only stayed one night. Upon leaving the cleaning staff we passed in the hallway were very friendly.

8.0Location is in a nice cul-de-sac with a grocery store and coffee shop within easy walking distance. Breakfast was good with decent options. It was a relatively quiet location, did hear a train occasionally but it wasn't disruptive to my sleep.

8.0We were in room 101 it smelled like mold, and there was water on the carpet in front of the TV. We didn’t know where it was coming from. It worked but probably wouldn’t come back.
