Necesitan dar un mantenimiento mayor a las habitaciones.

− Un hotel muy descuidado, llamé muchas veces a su recepción y contestaban y colgaban. La alberca estaba en remodelación. A lado de nuestra habitación había una habitación en plena remodelación. La puerta y los muebles en el interior se la habitación muy descuidados y pésima presentación. La cortina de la ventana sucia, y cayéndose. El balcón sucio. Las almohadas decorativas están sucias y aspecto amarillento. La regadera del baño tapada, apenas y salía agua por uno que otro hoyo. Tuvimos que ir al lobby a buscar un segundo control de la televisión porque no funcionaba, casi todos los canales bloqueados. También pedimos 2 planchas porque la primera tenía hasta restos pegados. El WC estaba tapado, no se iba el agua.
