Good location, spacious apartment a little run down but clean and all amenities you need, good value.

Dirty and unsafe apartment, unprofessional staff

Disgustingly dirty room bearing no resemblance whatsoever to room photos on hotels.com. Clear evidence of flea bitten sofa’s and insects on master bed as well as grease on walls. We arrived late (22:30) for a 3 night stay and after some time completing paperwork and paying in full, we were shown to an apartment block with bare wires hanging from the roof then to our fourth floor room. My daughters were tired and fell asleep immediately in their room and my wife and I began arranging nearby alternative accomodation which we moved to the next morning, Due to time constraints and genral lack of availability of staff we did not manage to check out until the last morning. Whilst being made to wait on someone checking that i had not removed anything from the room i expressed my dissatisfaction. Rather than an apology or some form of refund i was told, “ We would have given you a nicer room but you arrived late.” In several years of travelling around the region staying in all sorts of establishments i have never encountered a worse room or such unprofessional staff. I would encourage all to avoid this property

This property it's as accommodation not hoteling services the basic items wasn't available at room such sleeper for wash room or tooth brush and past.

Not a hotel

This isn't a hotel, just a hard to find block of half finished flats and nobody present. Ended up going back to previous hotel as I couldn't get in. Please remove from hotels.com
