− VERY BAD BARGAIN: room is very expensive for what you get: very small room, not practical at all, cheap fittings, cheap breakfast, staff totally indifferent to customers...easy to get a much better bargain in the same location

Avoid This Hotel for Business Travel – No Invoices, No Communication
3.0The hotel’s location was convenient and close to the train station. It could be an option for a short stay if you don’t need an invoice.
− I had an extremely disappointing experience with Stromboli Hotel. Despite sending dozens of messages requesting an invoice, I never received one. Even worse, the hotel completely ignored all my messages and made absolutely no effort to respond or resolve the issue. I was traveling for business and needed the invoice to submit my expenses to my employer. Their failure to provide it put me in a very difficult situation at work and caused serious problems. What makes this even more concerning is that three of my colleagues stayed at the same hotel on separate bookings, and ALL THREE experienced exactly the same problem. None of us could reach anyone at the hotel, and none of us received an invoice. This is completely unacceptable and extremely unprofessional. If you are traveling for business and need an invoice or receipt, I strongly recommend avoiding this hotel. Their lack of communication and basic customer service is shocking.
