8.0Clean hotel, well kept, friendly staff, awesome gym and great indoor pool! The rooms were comfortable and checkin and check out was easy. No hassle.
− There wasn't much to complain about. It had everything we needed and more. We just needed to stay one night for our flight in the AM back home.

− Smell of hallway and cleanliness of rooms. Restroom had something dripping down the door and poor lighting. Poor lighting helps hide stains.

10.0This hotel was perfect for our flight out of Buffalo. They were kind and helpful. Exceptional shuttle service for when we dropped off our rental and getting us to the airport in the morning.
