I showed up at 2 AM. They couldn’t check me until 2:30 AM because the printer was down. I was then woken up at 5:20 AM b

I won't stay at Holiday Inn again.
3.0− They didn't clean the room. Shortage of creamer for coffee in the lobby. The room was not very clean. Only one cream and sugar packet for coffee in room.
Stay somewhere else.

− I was double charged and our room was not clean. The hotel is not charging us now for our stay, and booking.com has not refunded me the charge.
Don’t stay here
1.0Nothing, didn’t stay there . So called manager decided to cancel our reservations while we were on the road without a phone call! She says she called the 3rd party who we booked through and informed them. I feel a good manager would have called the customer directly. She says they were overbooked, even though we booked 5 months on advance. Was she sympathetic? NO !! She was a complete jerk!!!
