− The bar area and outside seating area at night was awful and very untidy. Every table was full of plates, glasses and bottles and the bar staff didn’t seem interested

Kindly note there are no rooms on the ground floor. Rooms begin on the fourth floor, and can be accessed by a elevator.
Hotel guests will receive a discounted facility access rate of GBP 32 per person when booking a 1 hour treatment Monday–Thursday. Or GBP 42 per person when booking a 1 hour treatment Friday–Sunday.
15% discount is available for hotel guests for 1 hour treatments. Spa facility sessions are 09:00–13:30 and 14:00–18:00
Twilight packages Monday–Thursday GBP 32 per person or Friday–Sunday GBP 42 per person
These sessions are from 18:30–20:30 excluding Sunday which is 16:00–18:00.
