10.0I stayed at the Hotel from 14th Sep to 19th Sep and it was quite an amazing experience. The behaviour of the staffs right from check-in to check out was very cordial and service was very much professional.

6.0The staff were nice and helpful, but the hotel itself wasn't as good as we expected and saw from the photos. The reception area is small and unappealing. On our first night, there was an alarm that kept on ringing constantly, somewhere in the corridors. We couldn't rest for even an hour. On top of that, the elevators on hour floor were disabled (due to the alarm). Turns out someone is smoking in a non-smoking room. The breakfast was okay, but not good.
