− strand! strand heeft veel stenen, is heel raar, je komt niet direct in zee maar moet zo’n 20 meter lopen over een rare water en mag daarna alsnog niet de zee in. dat moet via de steiger het water in springen.

10.0Everything was perfect. The staff were so friendly the atmosphere was great. It was my second visit to Serenity. Although I visited many resorts in Hurghada I never thought of visiting a hotel twice other than Serenity Alma Heights. This is due to the impeccable staff, everyone there worked hard to make our stay special. Special thanks go to Mr. Emad who helped us all through the holiday. Also Mr. Albert front desk office for his warm welcome.A big thanks to Mr. Ahmed Saudi - the waiter at the main restaurant, he was very welcoming, attentive and always happy to help. We really appreciated his excellent service and hospitality. Mr. Amir at Tau restaurant also deserves recognition for his tireless efforts until the last minutes. Thanks to the life guards and Emad at the aqua park. Looking forward to the next visit. Thank you all.

9.0Amazing polite and helpful staff Lots of facilities
Kindly note that birth certificates need to be presented upon check-in for children accompanying guests. Egyptian couples should present a copy of marriage certificate up on check in.
All guests from different countries must present their country's ID, or, this country's domicile, otherwise an additional charge may be applied at the property directly.
Please note that air conditioning in the hotel rooms and areas is only available during the summer season.
1st, child under 12 years sharing a parent’s room will be on the same meal plan as the parent. Second child under 4 years sharing a parent’s room will be on the same meal plan as the parent with only one extra bed in the room.
