4.0Je vais ironiser: Les frais supplémentaires non prévus dans l'offre booking, même si c'est 5,3 euros de commission pour dossier une facture initiale totale de 219.00 euros hors taxe de séjour.
− L'accueil agressif du personnel quand j'ai demandé des explications sur les frais non prévus. Le rapport qualité prix de la chambre est de l'ordre de 2/10, vétusté, accès par des couloirs étroits, ascenseur encore plus étroit. Cet établissement ne mérite pas 3 étoiles.
An awful pla e which could ruin your holidays

− The door lock didn't work, when I reported to front desk, he was trying to hood wink me by acting as if the lock was Allright and brushed aside my complaint and tried to force the room upon me.When I stood firm they gave me an Alternate room.This is a serious security lapse, and instead of being apologetic they tried bully me in to accepting the room.with the defective lock.

On arrival, guests must pay on site by credit card or in cash. Bank cheques and holiday vouchers are not accepted.
The pre-authorised sum as security deposit can not be debited for the settlement of the room. This amount is charged only in the event of a breach of one of the booking conditions, cancellation or late modification fees, or in the event of a no-show.
