Looks great in photos - disappointing in person
4.0The photos are nothing like where you'll be staying, there was a single towel in the unit, blinds didn't work, small dining table, uncomfortable bed, overpriced, took me 2 hours to get into my unit upon arrival... they don't have anyone on site, so contacted their customer service and they proposed 10% off a future stay - they give this to anyone just for signing up on their website, so it wasn't really an offer at all. Will not ever stay here again!!!

10.0Safe location with many food options and tourist attractions within walking distance, and also easy to access the metro. We had relatives living in the building that we rented from which was also a huge positive for us. We rented a 1 bedroom which is perfect for a small family with young kids. The building was accommodating and friendly and everything was ready for us when we arrived. The only negative was that the toilet didn't work that well, but it wasn't a big deal to us. Overall, highly recommend and we will be back!
