7.0Very well situated, the setting is out of this world, a lot of potential. The room was spacious and well decorated. Being into a cave, it was always fresh and relaxing. Breakfast was good and copious, really enjoyable. Staff was friendly/
− The low point was cleanliness. flower pots were having dead plants all over, office desk was cluttered. The rooms are not cleaned. towels are being dried outside the rooms in common area.

Sultan Cave room
9.0We were in the Sultan Cave room. The room is beautiful and it is really an irreplaceable experience, we were here for our honeymoon, all recommendations. Manager Omar is really willing to help with anything you need and to organize your stay. You can see balloons every morning at sunrise and its 2 min from the castle.
− It's not not liking its just something that you should know before staying here: this is not Goreme and balloons are pretty far away but still beautiful to watch, this room has just two small opening windows so humidity is big, and most important Infront of the room window is common area like terase where anyone can stand or pass by so we had curtains on most of the time
