2.0The hotel has no customer service considerations in any way. There was a statewide restriction on movement on the day of my checkout. Given this situation, I requested that I stay in the room until 3 pm when the restriction was over, considering no guests would be coming into the hotel at that time due to the restriction. The hotel insisted that I make a half-day payment to remain in the room. I considered their action very inconsiderate.

10.0I liked everything about my stay except the television issue, there were no premium channels and its centrally controlled so you cant make a choice of what to watch or listen to. Meanwhile there are TVs in every room.
