6.0The room was clean and cozy. The advertised services worked. However, at checking the front desk staff was very discourteous, to the extent that my mother and my daughter (the persons on vacation) had to request an apology after a 2 hour delay in check-in. They arrived 1 pm the stated check-in time, they were check-in after 3pm. The front desk offered no apology at the start of wait and was quite dismissive when this was pointed out. At the end of wait she grudgingly offered one after its absence was pointed out. My family I have stayed at this property on 3 occasions over the years. This lack of courtesy has cause me to reconsider future stays at this property.

10.0Sugarapple Inn is a hidden little gem. The only downsides are that there is no bar or restaurant so you have to self cater or go into town which is easy enough.

8.0Nice calm , relaxing spot , enjoyed , although I would advise staff to make sure everything in rooms are working as they should such as electronics

10.0The grounds and garden are very nice. The staff is super friendly, excellent customer service and very helpful. It's a quick walk to Friendship Bay beach and Bequia Beach Hotel via a path through the backyard gardens. Beautiful views of Friendship Bay from the hotel.
