7.0Close to the beach and downtown
− The bed was terribly uncomfortable. The late check in process did not go well.

6.0Location, the property is nice,
− Really small rooms as everything is Siesta Key. Only 1 parking spot for a 6 guests room.

9.0Location was great!
− The chairs and couch was not comfortable.
Nice stay at Siesta Key but Siesta Key has changed since 2021.
8.0Easy to check in. The door code was easy to use, no worries about losing keys. The location is perfect for a short walk to both the beach and the village. The room was very clean, neat, and recently updated. The front desk staff was extremely helpful. The provided beach chairs and beach wagons made going to the beach so easy. The grounds and pool were clean and well kept. You can rinse the sand off your feet before going into your room. The kitchen had everything you needed for simple meal preparation. The overall atmosphere was quiet. I could not hear much noise after 9:30 pm. The provided beach towels are a great perk. No need to pack beach towels; these are big and you can get fresh ones every day if needed. Cold bottled water is complementary as well as ice, which was very much appreciated. We drink alot of water; the tap water while perfectly drinkable is not cold coming out of the tap. I was able to have a basic breakfast with complementary coffee and small lunch daily because there is enough room in the fridge for such staples. I enjoyed sitting at the table outside our unit and eating.
− I wish I could have reserved the larger 2 bedroom unit. The one bedroom unit was a little too small for 3 people. Overall, the 1 bedroom unit is pretty small, and there's not much to be done about it except only have two people in the one bedroom unit, and maybe reserve a one room unit next to it. The three of us were challenged to find a place for all our stuff, but we did manage to do it. There's no room for a chest of drawers so you have to get creative with hanging everything up. That worked for me. My daughters operated out of their suitcases which there were two suitcase holders. That helped. Also there's no drawers in the bathroom so all your toiletries need to be stored under the sink. That worked out okay. Also all of us have alot of hair so we end up using 2 towels each. That's six towels to keep separated, but only 1 hook and 1 towel rack. I just used hangers to hang up my towels. We also used some of the space in the kitchen for make up and hair tools. Again it worked out with some creative thinking. I've gotta say that Siesta Key has changed. Seems to be that the beach has not 100% recovered since the hurricane. Also, a few of the old houses on the beach are gone and replaced by giant multi-bedroom glass palaces. The waves were rough the week we were there, and you had to watch out for rip tides and the under tow. A few times we just spent the day at the pool, which many other people did the same. The pool is small but it provided the relief from the heat.
