10.0We just stayed a week here and couldn’t be happier. We lucked out and was able to upgrade our room the 2nd day. Grounds are immaculate. Also no bugs- anywhere! We’ve been to Hawaii at least 25 times- multiple islands and always see bugs. This was so great! Gloria was exceptional and went out of her way for us- thank you for everything!! One thing I would suggest is bc there isn’t air conditioning there needs to be a screen door for the front door as the tradewinds really do help keep the unit cool. We kept our front door open when we were home in the late afternoon bc it was so warm. The 2BR unit was spacious and so comfortable. Everything was perfect!!

− Has no AC, no privacy, you can hear everyone around you and they can hear you too, no room service, and the staff gets offended when you ask for room service. After when I paid the money the no AC was mentioned, and you can barely find a parking. It's cheaper than other places but didn't feel like the staff were welcoming.
