10.0This is my first time staying here in The Art Hotel with my wife. The hotel reception is way to friendly and approachable. Everyone is assisting us from check in and check out. Though there is construction on going in the hotel but it doesn't much a problem as we are enjoying the facilities. The breakfast is tasty. Thankyou to my housekeeper who cleaned my room very neatly too bad I forgot her name and Miss Jelamae in the reception for the warm welcome all the time. Best service Very recommendable.

10.0The overall experience was wonderful, clean rooms and friendly staff. It had activities that covers all ranges of ages and interests. Hanane from the reception was very helpful, friendly and wonderful. She is professional and proactive. The food also amazing. I highly recommend.
