− No reception at night and i had my aircon breakdown and had nobody to contact. They provided me a replacement room the next day but the fact i could not contact anyone was unfortunate. Occassional power outages

− Frühstück zu einfach, oft zu wenig Auswahl weil das Personal nicht mit auffüllen nachkam. Man konnte nichts zusätzliches wie z.B einen Maschinenkaffee oder ne Cola bestellen. Matratzen zu hart.

Please be aware that Galapagos is conformed by different islands; in this case you are arriving to to Santa Cruz Island. Once you arrive to Seymour Airport in Baltra Island, please take a public bus to Baltra Ferry Terminal where you should take a ferry to Santa Cruz Ferry Terminal. Then, take a bus or a taxi to Puerto Ayora. Give the driver the property's name and directions in order to arrive easily. This whole trip take approximately 40 minutes. To move between islands you can take a boat or plane; please check with your hotel the different schedules.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
