− Falta más variedad en el desayuno y más empleado en área de desayuno es mucho para 2 personas x lo menos temporada alta, área,de la piscina sillas y quizás mesas con sombrillas y un poco de cariño a las habitaciones modernizar ambiente tv inteligente son detalles que ayudaría

Observaciones q ayudan a mejorar la estadía de tus clientes.
4.0El personal es muy hamable.
− Tienen q estar mas pendientes en el área de la piscina con los niño ya q no ahy personal pendiente en el área de la piscina y niños se tiraban habiendo niños mas pequeños y los padres no estan pendientes a esos niños. Observe q no ahy elevador para personas impedidos o adultos, devén tener mas empleados en el momento de el desayuno ya q somos muchos clientes para 2 empleados en atender la cocina y estar pendiente q se acabó en el área de afuera. Una de las reglas es no mascotas pero ahy muchos gatos y cada vez q alguien abren la puerta se cuelan los gatos para adentro del hotel. Devén de tener sillas suficientes para poder brindarles a varias familias ya q el fin de semana q estuve nunca pude usar una silla por q las familias q estaban las tenían y muchos nos sentamos en el murito de la jardinera ya q no había sillas suficientes para otro grupo de familia.

1.0The staff is the only positive experience during our stay.
− We were very disappointed with our stay. The noise level was unacceptable—you could clearly hear the neighbors next door as well as constant street noise 24 hours a day, making it difficult to relax or get a good night’s sleep. The beds were extremely uncomfortable, and the pillows offered little to no support. Additionally, having one of the queen beds pushed up against the wall made the room layout very inconvenient. Every time the person sleeping on the inside needed to get up to use the bathroom, it inevitably disturbed the other person. Considering the nightly rate, the overall comfort and quality of the accommodations were far below expectations. Unfortunately, we would not recommend this property or choose to stay here again unless significant improvements and renovations are made.
