The service from The Prince Villa employees was amazing and we felt really welcomed, especially from smiley Mr Kawano Shinya who brought us around a lot and answered many of our questions with patience and Ms Yamamoto who was really friendly, considerate and paid close attention when my brother hurt his ankle :-)

Good to know
The hotel offers a free shuttle at regular times between 08:00 and 21:00 (runs every 30 minutes), from JR Karuizawa Station’s South Exit. Reservation is not necessary.
Guests can leave their luggage at the Karuizawa Station Prince Hotel Guest Service Center (located at the South Exit), and receive them at the front desk if they wish.
Admission is free for guests who wish to use Hotel East's Forest Hot Spring or West Momiji Hot Spring, however, a hot spring tax must be paid on site.
Please be informed that adult rates are applicable to children from ages 6 years and above. Children 5 years old and below can use existing beds for free.
If an adult guest has booked with a meal plan, children aged 3 years old and above will still be charged a fee for their meal. Please pay for the children's meal at the property restaurant.
