9.0I was satisfied with the quiet location and accommodation.
− What I want to improve is that I didn't know there was a parking fee for guests, but I stayed for a day and I was surprised that the parking fee in the hotel was 30 dollars. At least it should be free parking for guests.

− Every time someone opened or closed their door near our room, it sounded like someone was entering our room. We got used to it, but initially it was a concern.

4.0Staff didn’t seem to care. Especially the night desk attendant. Didn’t feel welcomed, no thanks for staying with them. Despite being informed of my allergies ahead of my stay no provision was made for my 2 day stay so I only had fruit to eat.
