1.0It hade rooms when my other was over book.
− It felt like u where living at your mother's house u cant have company u cant at all and u pay for it The cable went out Sunday night so no TV And I feel in the shower and I went to the ER so be careful the shower is very slippery and no one was at the front office i went to tell them 3 times and rang the bell and no one came .

− From the time we got on to the property we were being stalked he had rules that this app did not prepare me for the stuff that shouldn't even be ruled we were there for my daughter's graduation my mom was coming to visit she wasn't going to stay the night but she was going to be around cuz of the graduation they wouldn't even let her stay an hour. They even walked in on our room I have never had someone just walk in in our room like they did just to make sure who was in there who does that treated my whole family like s*** and we were coming from out of town there is no reason to be like that to people like us we paid our dues. I'm extremely not happy and I still want my money back we did leave and went to the roads Hotel.

disgusting, unacceptable, and should not have been charged after I payed for the reservations
1.0I was not informed about a late policy by the booking email confirmation was charged prior to stay and when I arrived, the hotel owner said he put me as a no show and then told me to take it up with the booking company, and I had no choice but to pay for the rooms again he didn’t let me take the rooms until I payed so I payed twice for two nights and the stay was absolutely disgusting I have no other words currently trying to report to booking for the refund.
