7.0− asked for no service, came back and saw someone had been in there to put up the hair dryer. would have like something to put bathroom supplies on sink didn't hold much. The floor must have been dirty, I walked around a little in the morning and had black feet. no coffee pot in room

4.0On the plus side, when the assigned room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, the front desk was willing to give us a new room. (We are not usually those people - this smell was bad.) Our new room was very inconveniently designed, and featured fans that came on with overhead lights in the room proper, as well as in the bathroom. The kitchen included zero cutlery or dishes, so using the kitchen was out of the question without bringing those things on our trip. The toilet mechanism was not working, so we had to fill the tank manually between flushes. Our small dog was comfortable, and the bed was comfortable. The room was clean, if worn, and the air conditioning worked in the extreme heat.
I wish I had not stayed here.
2.0− This place scammed me. I had a prepaid reservation that they cancelled saying the Booking.com CC did not work. We know that's a lie. They just didn't know how to charge the Booking.com VCC. Then they charged me a rate double of the one I had reserved at. A premium rate for a seriously dumpy hotel. Nothing in the gym worked, the outdoor grilling area is full of junk. The rooms are sad and tired.
