10.0We loved the welcoming staff, the hotel and convenient attached restaurant architecture and European feel. The 2nd floor room had large view windows opening to the balcony that were wonderful. The fireplace in the room and bottle of wine was such a nice touch - as was the convenient coffee bar just down the hall in the morning. And the food was amazing! We will definitely be back to enjoy the cold plunge, infrared sauna, workout room, jacuzzi and pool when it warms up a bit. Funny story...we took an Uber to Eagle Mountain Winery and got stranded because drivers are not that plentiful. No worries, Alex from the hotel came to the rescue and got us safely back. Only tiny issues were a squeaky box spring in the bed and a toilet that ran.

10.0Biking in Luxury. Exceeded all our expectations for road biking, dining and general ambience. A unique experience and setting that is far removed from the average vacation getaway. Beautiful setting in hilly countryside not far from Greenville, SC. Great dining and staff. Even planned our bike route and loaned us a GPS to use.

10.0Enjoyed the small size of the hotel. Very friendly staff. Easy parking, close to the building. Gorgeous view from room (stayed in room named Colombiere) - mountain view and the water feature in courtyard. Ate dinner, breakfast and brunch at the hotel restaurant - it was certainly acceptable, but not my favorite meals. The spa treatment room is located in the fitness room, the hallway outside the treatment room is the main accesss to the restaurant for hotel guests - not as tranquil as I would have expected. Very restful stay.
