10.0The hotel was very helpful and cooperative, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming when they worked together with us for the wedding fair that turned out to be an amazing event. Very trustworthy and safe, if you manage to forget something after your stay in the hotel room, the reception will ring you up to notify you and hand you back the lost item (from personal experience).
