4.0Internet is only available for phones. My laptop can't access the internet using their network. It is advertised to have fridge in the room but we have to request it for our room. Towels are incomplete too

10.0Honestly this was a great place to stay. I didnt have a ton of frills, but i wasnt looking for that anyways. Clean, modern, and complete. Train station was really close too

10.0Bklyn House was more amazing than I even thought it would be! The customer service was exceptional and very clean!! It was also very easy and a short getting to other parts of NYC from here. There is a strip of bars, food, delis and convenience stores about one block up. Think I’ve found me a New York home hotel !!!

10.0Bklyn House is a great place to stay at when my family come to visit NYC for couple days. The hotel property offers good services which I kinda like about this hotel. Also, it is very convenient to walk to the subway station and take the train to go inside downtown Manhattan. I would like to recommend this property if you are coming to visit NYC for the 1st time (if you want to spend a limited amount of money). Thank you Bklyn House for giving my family a good feeling to stay at your hotel. See you soon!
