− I booked this hotel through booking.com but when I came to pay the receptionist said he wanted to take the payment directly through the hotel not through booking.com so I'm not sure that the amount I paid included my discounted rate through booking.com Surely the booking & payment preffered method should be down to the guest not the hotel. We were also charged 40 euros for 2 glasses of wine & 2 beers which is far higher than any other hotel we stayed at. My husband tried to check the hotels drinks prices on their website but they dont state prices so again, no idea if we were overcharged on this. We loved the hotel but will not return again because of the confusion over amounts charged.
