− Les repas etait d’une qualité mediocre et repetitif , y avais pas de choix , par rapport au tarif proposée la qualité et la diversification doit etre meilleur .

8.0Nous avons apprécié le fait qu'il y ait plusieurs piscines et la taille de la plage privée qui ont permis de ne pas être serrés et d'avoir toujours des transats disponibles, ainsi que la diversité des toboggans et les glaces distribuées au moment du goûter Nous avons apprécié la propreté d'une manière générale tant pour les chambres que le reste de l'établissement. L'établissement est bien pensé pour ne pas avoir à sortir (petits commerces, restaurants à thème supplementaires qui permettent de changer du buffet, animations du soir, taille de l'établissement pour se balader ou boire un verre en terrasse à n'importe quel moment de la journée).
− De ne pas avoir réunis les 2 chambres réservées malgré plusieurs mails envoyés en amont, bien avant notre arrivée. C'est la 1ere fois qu'un établissement n'a pas su coller nos chambres. Malgré tout nous avions 2 chambres au même étage après insistance.
Magnifique établissement au milieu du désert
10.0Un établissement ou vous pouvez allez sereinement, les jardins sont fabuleux et très bien entretenus. Le personnel est vraiment très sympathique toujours prêt à répondre aux besoins et très gentil. Les piscine sont magnifiques et très propres. La nourriture est bonne, c'est très copieux et les différents restaurants présentent des formules variées. C'est vraiment tout compris : cocktails, repas, billard, mini golf, glaces ... Les bouteilles d'eau sont renouvelées tous les jours dans les chambres gratuitement . Le ponton permet de se baigner dans la mer ou il y a beaucoup d'eau car en effet au niveau de la plage il y a peu d'eau (marées + faible pente). Les chambres sont propres et la climatisation fonctionne bien, nous étions au niveau de la réception et pourtant c'était très calme Le personnel parle beaucoup de langues. Un peu à l'écart du centre de la ville mais les tours operateurs viennent chercher les clients facilement. Bref nous avons passé en famille avec 3 grands enfants un superbe séjour.
